Additional Fees

	Field trips and special student excursions will be charged separately. Optional school lunch is charged separately. 340 yen for kindergarten, 480 yen for elementary students per meal. English Support Services fees will be assessed individually.

Business Policies

	The full Application and Entrance fees are charged to all new students who attend OYIS, regardless of when they enter or withdraw. Fees are non-refundable. The Application fee must be submitted at the time of the candidate's interview and assessment. The Facilities Maintenance fee and Materials fee are charged annually to all students of OYIS and are non-refundable. Students who register after the start of the school year are charged Tuition fees and ESL fees appropriate to their specific circumstances. Students who withdraw before the end of the school year are charged full Tuition fees and ESL fees for the term in which they withdraw. Admission fees are not charged to siblings.

Payment

	The Entrance Fee is due 10 days after acceptance. An invoice is enclosed with the letter of acceptance. Registration may be completed only after the Entrance fee is paid in full. Tuition may be paid through an instalment plan, with a 3% interest charge, provided the appropriate application form has been completed and submitted.

Contributions and Donations

All contributions and/or donations to the institution will be used exclusively for the enrichment of OYIS.
